We now offer a full program for those interested in acting in film and television. 

 

In Winter/Spring of 2025, we are offering a 6-week Introductory Class (Level 1) in Screen Acting (or, Acting for the Camera). In this Introductory class, students will learn the difference between acting for the stage and acting for the camera and then apply these principles to working on and filming monologues and/or two-person scenes (action, comedy, history) as well as spoken word delivered directly to camera.​ The focus is on developing an authentic on-screen presence as well as the technical aspects of acting for the camera.   Instructor: Zoe Henderson
